Delete Your Koranee Account
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Koranee app:
- Open the Koranee app
- Go to Settings
- Tap the ⋮ (three-dot menu) icon in the top right
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at:
Please include your registered email address in the request. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Your posts, listings, and community content
- Your chat messages
- Your profile photo and uploaded media
- Your push notification token
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and purchase history is retained for 7 years for financial record-keeping obligations under Australian law
- Data required for legal compliance is retained for as long as required by applicable law
- Aggregated and anonymised data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely

Koranee 계정 삭제

삭제 후 보관될 수 있는 데이터
법적 의무 또는 정당한 사업 목적에 따라 일부 데이터는 삭제 후에도 보관될 수 있습니다:
- 거래 및 구매 내역은 호주 법률에 따른 재무 기록 보관 의무로 인해 7년간 보관됩니다
- 법적 준수를 위해 필요한 데이터는 관련 법률에서 요구하는 기간 동안 보관됩니다
- 개인을 식별할 수 없는 집계 및 익명화된 데이터는 무기한 보관될 수 있습니다
